	Leadership Institute \| February 18, 2021 - May 20, 2021
	Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing is an executive education program concentrating on issues pertinent to women working in male-dominated fields with specific focus on women in industry. Since its launch in 2016, the program has graduated more than 70 outstanding women who have advanced in their roles and have added great leadership value to their organizations. The comprehensive curriculum includes topics ranging from negotiations, influence, and effective communication to managing multiple levels of strategy. The course also includes individualized executive coaching, 360-degree assessments and peer coaching, as well as an Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) assessment. Apply HERE!
	WiM West\|March 11 - 12, 2021
	WiM West is an annual regional conference developed for manufacturing professionals who are navigating the way through their manufacturing careers—whether it be in production, the C-Suite, or anywhere in between. 	Virtual Career Fair \| April 22, 2021
	The WiM Virtual Career Fair will give opportunities to connect with organizations that promote, support and inspire women in manufacturing careers. 	Leadership Consortium \| May 2 - 4, 2021
	Leadership Consortium is an executive education program which concentrates on issues pertinent to managers of managers working in a manufacturing industry. The comprehensive curriculum is an outcome-based, cohort style training. Designed to ensure that each participant will gain new insights and apply their learning throughout the program to their own leadership arsenal for lasting effect, the program offers participants the opportunity to learn through new experiences, reflection, and peer coaching. 	WiM North \| June 23 - 24, 2021
	WiM North is the second conference of WiM's three-part annual regional conference series. Focusing on Northern U.S. manufacturing trends and networks, WiM North caters to professionals working in production all the way to the C-Suite through topical industry knowledge experts and leaders. WiM North will be held as a hybrid event.
	Empowering Women in Production \| September 13 - 17, 2021
	The Empowering Women in Production Program is designed to support the professional development of shop floor employees. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. 	SUMMIT \| October 4 - 6, 2021
	WiM's annual SUMMIT attracts 650+ manufacturing professionals from across the country, and is the only national conference of its kind. The 2021 SUMMIT will be held as a Hybrid event. This three-day networking and educational event features manufacturing plant tours, keynote presentations, roundtable discussions, breakout sessions, and social events to expand participants’ networks.
